Our founder, Dr. Helen Eckmann, has extensive experience coaching teams of various sizes. Helen has worked within organizational structures with a CEO and six of his direct reports. This coaching helped this team to be a highly successful and motivated team experiencing a growth rate of over 20% a year over a five year period.
In addition, Helen is a credentialed coach. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) has designated Helen Eckmann as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Helen has worked hard to achieve this honor, and her PCC designation is a credit not only to her as a professional, but to BPS and Brandman University.
The ICF is a nonprofit organization formed by individual members-professionals who practice coaching, including Executive Coaches, Leadership Coaches, Life Coaches, and many more, from around the world. It is the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high professional standards, providing independent certification, and building a network of credentialed coaches. The ICF was founded in 1995. It is a global organization – 19,000 strong – and now with Helen – 19,001.
